60's icon and award winning plasterer, Brian McCartney today released his new album "two 'be three". His 3rd album this week.

If you think this is traditional Brian McCartney material - think again. Brian has removed lots of 'issues' present in almost all other classic McCartney 'set-pieces'.

Contrived he isn't, convoluted he might be, consequential he has been, controversial always (and morseso post track 3's guitar epitaph). A giant of an album, with the ingredients mixed, wisked and half-baked until brown and cold-black.

A tickle-stick of an opener "I guess that's what happens when I've too much water, than I oughta!. My trowels on fire today, so I'll mix another bunch of concrete anyway". Profound. You sense Brian has 'lived', he oozes self confidence with DIY.

He lifts the listener up then, just when you think its safe to 'pop the kettle on', Brian swoons the classic "I've been spending so much time with you, it's just like double-time and a day in lieu"

McCartney works hard and sings harder. He writes with passion and complacency, unrivaled in todays 'Brian-Infested' workplace.

The album finishes, as it began, a masterpeice of modern frank 'eye-on-the ball' observations. Brian reduces the listener to a wimpering mess when he conjures up the memorable "Weekends here, but don't call the coroner, because this weekend I'm up for a foreigner"
